| Vivian Shiels I have worked in the co-operative movement for 15 years developing worker co-operatives, training programmes, managing workspace; also as an active member of United Norwest Co-operatives Ltd., the retail Society. In the late 70's I was a cinema manager for Rank, followed by some years working for London Transport Executive. I have travelled extensively overseas and worked briefly on New Zealand and Australia. For 9 years I was a Lancashire Board member of the Prince's Youth Business Trust. In 1988 I co-organised the Lune Valley Festival, a 3 week event culminating in an outdoor concert headlined by John Martyn. I am 45, married to Mark and have a 5 year old daughter. |
