| Sue Beardon Sue has worked for the last 10 years as a consultant mainly in the voluntary and public sector. After gaining distinction in her MSc in Organisation Development, Sue worked with a range of agencies in the voluntary sector, helping them effectively to manage the enormous change in their environment through the 1990s. Managing radical change, resolving the conflicts within organisations that often result from upheavals and improving capacity for problem solving has formed the basis for most of Sue's work as a consultant to date.
