| Peter Robbins Peter Robbins is a sociologist working at the Institute of Water and Environment at Cranfield University. His main interest is in understanding global capitalist responses to environmental crises. To that end, he has published a book based on his PhD thesis entitled Greening the Corporations (Earthscan, 2001). He has developed expertise in the areas of corporate culture, green management and environmental regulatory systems. He is presently working on a research project with a linguist on discourses of genetic modification.
