| Mike Reid is a very experienced consultant, who helps arts, voluntary, and community groups and small businesses to plan, organise and communicate. His way of working involves everyone with a stake in the development of new plans, structures and systems to think them through and to implement and benefit from them. Mike often helps organisations to develop Business Plans, which then win new or renewed funding. Some recent examples include the Centre for Innovation in Primary Care, Open Performance Centre, Earth Centre, Scarborough Disablement Action Group, Swamp Circus. Mike is a musician and composer and sometimes uses these skills in his work. He was a founder member of Laurieston Hall community. |
