| Mark Pelling lectures in human geography at the University of Liverpool where he teaches and researches on community based organisations and urban political ecology. Over the last seven years, Mark has explored these themes with local activists in the Anglo and Hispanic Caribbean, and has worked on consultancies with local NGOs and DFID. Back in Liverpool Mark is a member of the Friends of Sefton Park, a wonderful green space in threat of 'improvement'. He lives with Ulli and together they spend a lot of time working out what to eat! |
