Chris Golby

is working-class, blunt, a Mod, and lives in and is from the West Midlands. Having worked as a printer for fourteen years, he did a social studies diploma at Ruskin College in Oxford. This was followed by a degree in Cultural Studies at Birmingham University, an MA in Race and Ethnic Studies at Warwick University, and a fair stint of being skint. He is interested in anti-racism, the history of racism in British boxing, socialism, revolution and unmasking whiteness. At the moment he is an associate lecturer with the Open University and a student social worker.
